Chris Wilkes and his family moved down to the Charlotte, North Carolina area in the summer of 2015, and has been speaking at Crossroads Church of God, 7th Day, ever since. Baptized in April 1997, Chris began speaking in Virginia in 2000 and was ordained a minister in 2003. His messages are Spirit-driven as well as motivating, relying on scripture to further drive the message. He speaks often about Christian living, and the dogma associated with it.
Chris has been married for over 40 years to his wife Ramona. They have four sons, all members of the church as well, and five grandchildren. Outside of church, Chris has coached Olympic weightlifting for the past two decades, where he coached his son Caine to the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. He also enjoys woodworking, and dabbles in beer- and wine-making.
